Description: The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to award a competitive, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract, on a Best Value basis for the procurement of 47 Fuel Tanks, part of the 60kW, 50/60Hz Gen erator Set, with an Option for up to 100% of the initial quantity. NSN: 2910-01-150-0729. Government Drawing 70-1052, revision AC, Tank, Fuel, Engine, is applicable. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this acquisi tion is 332999 with a corresponding size standard of having less than 500 employees to be considered a small business. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), the solicitation Number assigned is W15P7T-07-R-A229. The solicitation will be issued on or around 18 May 2007, and will close on or around 18 June 2007. The anticipated award date is on or around 22 June 2007. The delivery schedule shall begin 60 Days After Contract Award (DAC). Early delivery at no additional cost to the Government is encouraged. Pac kaging shall be in accordance with C-E LCMC Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) AG0000605. Shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Source.
