Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to issue a Purchase Order to Phoenix Software International 6804 S. Canton AVE, 900 Tulsa OK 74136 for the maintenance and upgrade support on Lifeworks Server Support License and Lifeworks User Support License for period of 07/01/2007 through 06/30/2008. The maintenance and upgrade support shall include upgrades over the period, updates, fixes and technical support and is currently known to be available only through Phoenix Software International. The Lifeworks Software is used for many non-annual Wage Reporting jobs. This software enables SSA to key and process over 20 different workloads. If SSA does not identify other acceptable sources capable of providing this requirement, the agency shall issue a sole source award of the product and maintenance under FAR par 13, Simplified Acquisitions. This is NOT a Request for Proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Requests for copies of a solicitation will not be honored or acknowledged. Respondents will NOT be notified of the results of the information received. Verbal responses are NOT acceptable and will NOT be considered. Responses to this notice must be submitted by May 10, 2007, by 12 PM EST. Responses may be sent via E-MAIL ONLY to the point of contact listed below. NO PHONE CALLS OR FAXES WILL BE ACCEPTED. No submissions may exceed 5MB.
