- Description
- The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis, from Media Machines, Inc., San Francisco, CA. The services are for technical support for Phase I of the X3D Earth project. The tasks include labor, materials and facilities to perform the tasks. The agency is in need for Support Services in the Windows Deployment and Further Authoring Tool Support in X3D Earth at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA to create a standards-based 3D visualization infrastructure for visualizing all manner of real-world projects and information contract in geospatial context. X3D Earth is the primary theme of this sponsored project, encompassing client-side, server-side, authoring and data-conversion technologies. The support services will require close integration with NPS faculty and research personnel. Oral Solicitation N00244-07-T-0495 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is on or before May 1 0, 2007.
