Description: Requirement to provide an all-inclusive meeting package in support of HQ US MEPCOMs 2007 National Training Conference for 200 attendees in the Chicago area. Package price shall include sleeping room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, one formal dinner, coff ee, tea, and beverages. Two breaks per day, functional meeting space, and audio-visual services. The facility must be able to accommodate up to 200 attendees per day for a one-week period in either October or November 2007 (dates to be determined after awa rd) and be regionally located within a forty-mile radius of Chicago OHare International Airport. This contract will be awarded on a best value basis using tradeoff source selection procedures. The appropriate NAICS Code is 721110 with a size standard of $6.5M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal(s), which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox Homepage Website at: Http://Doc.Knox,Army.Mil on or about 17 May 2007 with proposals due on or about 14 June 2007. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments.
