- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified in the specification, or as needed to repair Air Conditioning at building 90710 at Hurlburt Field, Florida. Hurlburt Field is an Air Force installation that is located in the Florida Panhandle mid-way between Panama City, Florida and Pensacola. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220 with a size standard of $13M; the SIC code is 1711. This contract will be a Price Performance Trade-Off contract; award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR 15.101. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Payment and performance bonds will be required within ten days of contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 25 May 07. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
