Section II, Business and Pricing, should read as follows: Pricing Template for Evaluation,(attachment). The attached template shall be completed. The template set forth shall be used for pricing and evaluation purposes. Firms must disclose their business practices and prices in a format that provides sufficient information for the Contracting Officer to make a determination of fair and reasonable pricing.
