- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Towed Array Tow Cable material in support of SQR-19 and TB-16 Tow Array Surveillance Systems as per source controlled government drawaings. The proposed procurement will be a competitive small business set-aside. Potential sources must currently posses certification from the Sponsor Program Office Technical Design Agent in order to qualify as a vendor for this proposed procurement. DESCRIPTION SQR-19 Tow Cable Material TB-16 Tow Cable A Firm-Fixed price type contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 6145. The applicable NAICS Code is 335921 with a size standard of 1000 employees. Note 1 applies. Vendors must watch for the solicitation and any amendments to be posted on FEDBIZOPS and the SPAWAR E-COMMERCE webpage: https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil.
