Description

General Information - Science Center LAN - Grand Canyon National Park Grand Canyon National Park (GCNP) seeks a contractor to design and build a project to upgrade the local area network for specific buildings in accordance with the Statement of Work. This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about May 16, 2007 for the design portion of this project. A PAPER SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Telephone, fax, or email requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. In accordance with this type of procurement, a maximum of three bidders who meet technical and specialized experience, which are but two evaluation factors, will be asked to submit a phase-two proposal. Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of a technical proposal, and if selected, submission of a price proposal. The estimated price range for this project is $25,000 - $100,000. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business 8(a) firms. The size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates etc. Proposals must be received at Grand Canyon National Park, 1824 S. Thompson St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 by close of business on May 18, 2007. The contractor will be required to be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR). This can be done on-line at http://www.ccr.gov. All firms should be certified in ORCA https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS for this project is: 237130 The small business size standard is $31.0 million.
