- Elevator Maintenance Services, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. 61299. The work required covers a full range of elevator maintenance services (Preventative Maintenance and Unscheduled Services). The contractor shall provide the necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, generalized, or specialized equipment necessar y and parts for the maintenance and repair of all elevators on The Rock Island Arsenal. The contractor is responsible for their own administrative service required to accomplish the work, i.e., supply, procurement, quality control, job order shop operation , financial controls, maintenance of accurate and complete records, files, and libraries of documents such as Federal and State regulations, technical manuals, manufacturers instructions and recommendations, and any other similar documents. The contract period will consist of a one year base period and four one year option periods. Program, NAICS code 561790/7.0M. The solicitation, statement of work and attachments will be available on or about May 17, 2007. The solicitation and related documents will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
