Description: This notice replaces Repair / Replace Roofing, VA-258-07-IB-0001. Roof Replacement for the Amarillo VA Health Care System includes, replacing the PVC membrane roofing on Buildings 1 & 4 with EPDM ballasted roofing and replacing existing built-up roofs on Buildings 28 & 33 and Building 11 & 29 with EPDM ballasted roofing. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% 8a and will be a competitive request for proposals. Bids will be evaluated on past performance, technical excellence and price. Solicitations will be available on or about May 4, 2007. Bids will be opened on or about June 4, 2007. Bids must remain valid until September 30, 2007. Requests for solicitations must be in writing. Construction Cost Range: $250-000 to $500,000. SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
