- This solicitation will contain one NSN for FITTING ASSY, WEAPON used on a HELICOPTER, SEA KNIGHT H-46. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN 1560-00-453-6145; Base Year EAQ: 216 each, Option Year EAQ: 216 each. Delivery: FOB: ORIGIN; Inspection /Acceptance: ORIGIN, 350 days ARO TO INCLUDE FIRST ARTICLE GOVERNMENT TESTING 120 DAYS TO SUBMIT SAMPLING AND 90 FOR EVALUATION. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 16 MAY 07. The anticipated award date is 16 JULY 2007. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
