- Applied Technology Systems Inc. (ATSI) is soliciting cost proposals from qualified vendors in the Jacksonville, Florida area to provide clothing to students (age 16-24) of the Jacksonville Job Corps Center. Cost proposals are being accepted for the following service: Student Clothing Services to be provided at the store. Services shall include the supply of student clothing as selected by the students. The store must be willing to accept the JJCC Purchase Allowance Listing. A limited amount of students will conduct their clothing purchasing at the store with a Chaperone. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor to address the multiple barriers to employment faced by disadvantaged youth. All subcontracts listed above will be awarded for a 2 year base term with 3 pre-priced option years.
