- Offeror shall provide Janitorial Services for the Veterans Outreach Center, 100 N Mullan, Suite 102 Spokane, WA 99206. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Furnish all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, equipment, tools and materials, except Government furnished space and utilities necessary to provide cleaning services for the Veterans Outreach Center, 100 N. Mullan Road, Suite 102, Spokane, WA 99206-6848. This is a 4,200 square foot office space. Services include; Carpeted Floors: Vacuum daily. Spot cleaning as necessary. Carpet will be checked daily for stains. Carpet will be cleaned using the extraction method on a quarterly basis. Waste Collection: Regular Waste: Empty daily Replace clear liner Clean waste container on a weekly basis (or as needed) with disinfectant cleaner. Windows: Windows/window sills will be dusted on the inside weekly. Walls and Doors: Will be spot cleaned on a weekly basis. Dusting: High and low dusting will be performed on a weekly basis. HOURS OF OPERATION: Cleaning services will be performed from 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Veterans Outreach Center will normally be closed on weekends and holidays. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Firms. The NAICS code for the procurement is 561720 and the small business size standard is $15 million.
