- Description
- Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA has a requirement for on-site personal service Allergist/Immunologist in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Services will be performed in the Allergy/Immunology Clinic with a Period of Perfo rmance from: 1 July 2007 through 30 June 2008. The Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) is requesting Contract Services for 1 Full Time Employee (FTE) to perform services under the control and general supervision of the chief of the applicable department or hi s/her designated representative. Performance shall be in accordance with the scope of work defined in the Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) meeting all licensing/certification requirements applicable to an Allergy/Immunology Physician; these certific ations must be submitted to the Medical Treatment Facility along with a Credentialing Package to be reviewed by a Medical Credentialing Panel prior to Contract Start-Up. Performance is scheduled on an 8.5 hour shift Monday through Friday to be scheduled as a predetermined/prescheduled work period excluding federal holidays. Subsequent schedule changes will be provided to the contractor 30 days in advance prior to schedule changes. A written Solicitation will be issued via the Army Single Face to Industry ( ASFI) web site on or around 30 April 2007 with an attached Performance Based Work Statement (PBSW)to allow visibility of additional performance requirements for this acquisition. All responsible business concerns may submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) fo r evaluation. Final Contract award will issued based on the best overall value to the Government.
