- SYNOPSIS: The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN), Medical Building #270, Cape May, New Jersey (Cape May county). PROJECT TITLE: NEW CONCRETE PAD AND SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION SCOPE: The work shall include providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of new concrete pad and sidewalk. In general the work includes but is not limited to pouring of new concrete pad and sidewalk as specified between mechanical room and main building; mobilization, demobilization and clean up; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work Period of Performance shall be 90 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated BETWEEN $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business Firms. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 with a size standard of $13M. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. All work shall be performed in accordance with USCG specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and the terms and conditions which will be provided when all Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation document files become available for download on or after 7 May 2007 exclusively from the Internet by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. The date set for receipt of offers is approximately 7 June 2007. These dates are estimated and may change.
