THIS REQUIREMENT IS UNRESTRICTED. DELIVERY SHALL BE FOB DESTINATION. THE VENDOR SHALL PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES. DELIVERY SHALL OCCUR WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF AWARD. Brand Name or Equal. Vendors shall submit their technical specifications documents, along with their quote for proper evaluation and consideration.      Quotes will be evaluated based on technical capability and price.               Specification sheets will be assessed for technical capabilities to ensure they meet the government's minimum requirement. Price will be evaluated to determine fairness and reasonableness. Vendors shall submit the following information along with their quote and technical specifications:   - GSA/FSS pricing schedule for the product offered.  (If applicable)   - Complete Company name, address, phone number, email address   - A statement whether they can meet the required delivery date   - Tax identification number (TIN), DUNS identification number - If you are not enrolled in CCR you will not be eligible for any Government Contracts, please verify enrollment at: www.ccr.gov.  This requirement is IAW FAR 4.12, Annual Representation and Certifications.     -If you are not enrolled in ORCA you may not be eligible to receive any Government Contracts, please verify enrollment at https://orca.bpn.gov/   See http://www.vets100.com The Department of Veteran Affairs encourages any contractor receiving a contract from the Federal Government in the amount of $25,000 or more, or any subcontractor receiving a contract in the amount of $25,000 or more from such a covered contractor to please file a VETS-100 Report on an annual basis.
