- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, RMK0E070033, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-11. The associated NAICS code is 485210. Contractor shall transport Bureau of Indian Education students and chaperones from Flandreau Indian School, Flandreau, SD to various points. Contractor must be able to dedicate eight (8) buses for this acquisition. Required transportation is as follows: Bus 1 to Browning, MT with stops at New Town, ND; Poplar, MT; Wolf Point, MT; Ft Belknap, MT, and Havre, MT; Bus 2 to Billings MT with stops at Rapid City, SD and Crow Agency, MT; Bus 3 to Washakie, WY, with stops at Kyle, SD; Pine Ridge, SD; Riverton, WY; and Ethete, WY; Bus 4 to Rosebud, SD with stops at Wagner, SD; and Mission, SD; Bus 5 to Bismarck, ND with stops at Ft Thompson, SD; Lower Brule, SD; Pierre, SD; Eagle Butte, SD; Mobridge, SD; McLaughlin, SD; and Ft Yates, ND; Bus 6 to Green Bay, WI with stops at Minneeapolis, MN; Wausau, WI; and Keshena, WI; Bus 7 to Belcourt, ND with stops at Summit, SD; Sisseton, SD; Grand Forks, ND; and Ft Totten, ND; Bus 8 to Tama, IA with stops at Sioux City, IA; Winnebego, NE and Macy, NE. Some buses may require a single or double drivers to complete the trip. Dates of Service: May 24-25, 2007.
