- Renovation of approximately 41,000 sf of interior administration, classroom, and storage space at the Isadore Jachman Army Reserve Center in Owings Mills, MD. Project consists of mechanical and electrical upgrades, reconfiguration of classrooms and administrative offices, repairing pumphouse, renovation of restrooms, and normal interior renovation. Supporting facilities include site work, paving, and fencing. This solicitation also contains option items. These items are 1) LonWorks Control 2) Repl ace Windows 3) Install Blast Curtains on Existing Windows 4) New Loading Ramp. The performance period is 560 days. The estimated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.? This solicitation is Full and Open and the basis for award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process. Proposals will be evaluated by the Government in accordance with the following criteria: Prime Contractor Experience, Prime Contractor Past Perf ormance and Past Performance on the Utilization of All Types of Small Businesses. The estimated issue date is 30 April 2007, with an approximate proposal due date of 14 June 2007 at 2pm Eastern time.
