The primary goal of this proposed R&D effort is to refine the image processing algorithms that do moving target indication (MTI) to provide a more robust capability in the presence of noisy backgrounds and enhance the ability to track multiple targets. The MDUGS will be used to demonstrate critical technical elements in support of the Army's Future Combat Systems' (FCS') UGS and the Army's Area Denial Sensors program. The additional effort is expected to have a period of performance of approximately 12 months. A tracking numbe r W15P7T-06-R-P436 has been assigned to this effort and should be reference along with contract number W15P7T-04-C-P019.
