- SOLICITATION W9128A-07-R-0007, PROJECT NO. ERAQ-ER3-1(007) ROUTE 1, PERMANENT LANDSLIDE REPAIR, FAGATOGO, AMERICAN SAMOA. This project involves construction of site improvements at a former slide area. Improvements include clearing/grading; install ation of approximately 275 LF of reinforced concrete crib wall units with subdrain system; anchored wire mesh slope protection; grouted rubble pavement swales; reconstruction of two drainage inlet/outlet structure; installation of 255 LF chain link fencing ; and stabilization of approximately 500 LF of a dirt access road with portland cement treatment. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is an unrestricted procurement. Selection will be based upon eva luation factors which may include (a) past performance, (b) experience, (c) Small Business Program, and (d) price. Traditional hard copies of plans and specifications will NOT be available for this project. Solicitation plans and specifications will be m ade available for viewing and/or downloading on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website via access through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website located at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about May 7, 2007. Offerors must be reg istered in FedTeDS to view/download plans and specifications. Solicitation documents will not be issued on compact disc (CD) unless the Government determines that it is necessary. Offerors must have and/or maintain an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website to be eligible for a Government contract award. To register in CCR, go to http://www.ccr.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation.
