NOUN: Bolt, Machine, PRON: AX7F0182, NSN: 5306-01-096-5596, P/N: 70400-08159-104, Quantity: Min 641 / Max 4217 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applic able to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 641 each, 377 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 239 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 641 each, 251 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Avibank Mfg Inc (Cage Code 84256), Space Lok Inc (Cage Code 16258) and Sikorsky Aircraft Co (Cage Code 78286) because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required ite m described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source A pproval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicita tion will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
