- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutes): 10 each, Amplifier Research Isotropic E Field Probe Model FP 7060/Kit, 27MHz 60GHz, 0.7 300 V/m, broadband isotropic electric field measurement instrument for use in EMC and EMI applications.
