- Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number F3H0R17100A200 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotes must be good for 30 days. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following seven items; (1) Smoke Oil 76 Turbine 32 - Quantity 20 x 55 Gallon Drums (2) Smoke Oil Canapus 13 - Quantity 8 x 55 Gallon Drums (3) Engine Oil Aeroshell W100 - Quantity 10 Cases (Case equals 12 Quarts or 3 Gallons) (4) Engine Oil Aeroshell W100 Plus ? Quantity 10 Cases (Case equals 12 Quarts or 3 Gallons) (5) Engine Oil Aeroshell W120 ? Quantity 14 Cases (Cases equals 4 Gallons) (6) Engine Oil Phillips 25x60 ? Quantity 20 Cases (Case equals 12 Quarts or 3 Gallons) (7) Engine Oil Shell 15-50 ? Quantity 1 Case (Case equals 12 Quarts). Delivery to be made to Offutt Air Force Base on May 2, 2007.
