- Description
- The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for Gas Chromatograph and Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) to be used by the military drug testing laboratories for testing DoD military and civilian personnel for the presence of drugs of abuse. The Navy intends to negotiate with Agilent Technologies Inc., Santa Clara, CA, as the only responsible source that can provide the Gas Chromatograph and Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS). Agilent shall provide GC/MS Instruments for the drug labs located in San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Great Lakes, IL; Brooks City-Base, TX; Fort Meade, MD; and Tripler AMC, HI. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements.
