Description

The principle components of the work include the following: 1) Furnish and deliver a 60-cell, 125VDC (nominal) station storage battery complete with battery racks, interconnectors, terminal connectors, and accessories; 2) recycle existing battery; and 3) furnish and deliver a station battery monitoring system. The work must be completed within 80 days from Award. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around April 9, 2007, and offers are tentatively due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings MT 59101 on or before Close of Business (COB) April 20, 2007. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 421610. The Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. The specifications/statement of work and drawings will be not posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Vaschelle LaForge or Hart BlackEagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number.
