Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 07SP811291. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 005-16 effective on March 22, 2007. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NAICS: 448190- Other Clothing Stores. PSC: 84. A fixed price requirements contract is intended to be issued. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement for supply of bureau-wide clothing (uniform and non-uniform) as part of Reclamation's Authorized Apparel Program. Reclamation has established uniform and other Reclamation-specific apparel items as part of the requirements of this solicitation. The intent and goal of this requirement is to provide an authorized apparel through a supply system that will provide high quality apparel at a competitive price to Reclamation and employees. The apparel items establish uniformity of Reclamation authorized apparel with regard to style, fabric, color, and ordering. The following files accompany this solicitation: Request for Proposal, Attachment 1 Schedule of Items, and four(4) graphic files. Refer to these documents for detailed instructions to offerors and Statement of Work. Proposals are due in this office NLT 3p (MT) on 4/25/2007.
