Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation No. BAQ070008 being issued for A Request for Quotes (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16, and apply to this acquisition: 52-212-1. Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.215-5 and 52.212-4. Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial items. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 324121. REQUIREMENT: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Barstow Field Office, has a requirement for 8100 tons of Asphalt Grindings to be delivered to the Dumont Dunes Access Road. The material will be unloaded on a five mile stretch of the Dumont Dunes access road, the beginning is at the intersection of SR 127 and Dumont Dunes Road as per the agreement of the BLM at time of delivery. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary for delivery and unloading of the asphalt grindings. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Quotes must be submitted in writing and must include: RFQ number, the company name and address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, unit price, the extended price, grand total and any prompt payment discount terms. Quotes will be due in this office no later than March 6, 2007 by 3:00 pm pacific time.
