Description: The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supply or service will satisfy agency requirement. ICE intends to purchase Compuware Network Vantage licenses annual software maintenance renewal in support of the ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer from Compuware, One Campus Martius, Detroit, MI 48226.
