Description: This is a SOLICITATION being posted as a Presoliciation in order to upload attachments. THIS SOLICIATION IS BEING POSTED IN ORDER TO CANCEL PREVIOUS SOLICIATION HSFE03-07-R-6601,which was posted as a Pennslyvania set-aside. THIS SOLICIATION IS NOT A PENNSLYVANIA SET-ASIDE. The Federal Emergency Management Aency (FEMA) has a requirement for routine and emergency on-call maintenance, deactivation and transport of FEMA owned mobile home units and travel trailers.
