San Francisco Service Center (9PFE-S), 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94102-3434 DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 3,125 rentable square feet of contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 2,590 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (previously usable) to a maximum of 2,850 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and eight (8) parking spaces for the Government?s exclusive use. TENANT: U.S. Fish & Wildlife (F&W). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within five (5) miles of the San Francisco Airport in the cities of South San Francisco, San Bruno and Burlingame and approximately bounded on the north by Sierra Point Parkway at the intersection of US Hwy 101, on the east by the San Francisco Bay, on the south by E. Poplar Avenue and on the west by El Camino Real, but no further west than one (1) mile west of US Hwy 101. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for five (5) years, three (3) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern, office space. The space must be altered to meet the Government?s requirements, must be fully serviced, must be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, should not be located in a flood plain, and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards).
