Description

A pre-bid conference/site tour in connection with the Request for Proposal (W912CH-07-R-A505) for the project Building 230 Lobby Renovation will be held at the U.S. Army TACOM-LCMC at Building 232 at 9:00 am (EST), Thursday, 05 April 2007. From that location we will proceed to the actual project site in Building 230. Those wishing to submit a proposal shall have a representative present. Complete drawing package will be issued at the walkthrough. Reservations for the site visit are mandatory. Res ervations requests must be made in writing and submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than Noon, Wednesday, 04 April 2007. Attendance is strictly limited to three (3) people per company. Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required. Point of Contact is Re ynold Mirabitur, email: mirabitr@tacom.army.mil This will be the only opportunity to visit the site. No other tours will be scheduled. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received, in writing, no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date of this solicitation in order to assure a response. Questions received after that time may or may not receive a response. Solicitation W912CH-07-R-A505 is issued on 23 March 2007.
