Description

Contractor will provide the services of one (1) FTE Equivalent Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide inpatient psychiatry services at the Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 East Veterans Street, Tomah, WI for the estimated period April 16, 2007 through June 30, 2007, with two, three-month options to extend through December 31, 2007. The normal work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm., with a ½ hour non-paid lunch break. Federal holidays are excluded from normal work schedule hours of operation. Contract provider will generally work (8) hours per day (40) hours per week. Coverage for evening and weekend/holiday on-call services is preferred, but not required. This procurement is unrestricted and is open to all offerors. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621112, size standard $9.0 million.
