Description

The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 9,453 usable square feet of contiguous office space no more than twice as long as it is wide. This space requires adequate parking for the public and must be proximate to public transportation. The lease term requirement is for 10 year/5 year firm unless new construction then the term will be 10 years. The space must be available for occupancy by August 15, 2008.
