Description: The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for civil works services to Building A-69 at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, D.C. The work includes, but is not limited to the preparation and painting of the exterior surfaces of Building A-69. The period of performance of this contract will be from Date of Contract Award through ninety days. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. It is estimated that the price range for this requirement is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
