- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference Numeber 0010210397 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-15. It is anticipated that this award will be made on a sole source basis to Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 541511 with a size standard $23 Million. The following items are required: CLIN 0001 ? 33 each PCBME stations, AIS data display/submenu for VMS/ARPA labs, BCG Part # 51-210748 (AIS Upgrade to PCBME). Installation and training These product upgrades are required for the PCBME (PC-based Bridge master E-Radar) Emulators installed in the VMS/ARPA lab at the Surface Warfare Officer School (SWOS). These upgrades are to provide a more realistic learning environment to increase training proficiency. These functionalities are required by SWOS to train and certify students on the radar display. Delivery dates for the upgrades are 09April2007 ? 18May2007. Work to be performed at 446 Cushing Road, Newport, Rhode Island; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB destination. The following FAR/DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (5)(i), (9), (14), (15), (16), (17), (19), (31) and (34). The following DFARS clauses apply: 252.212-7001(b): (15), (16) and (17). A completed copy of the following must be included with the quote: FAR 52.212-3, DFARS 252.212-7000 and DFARS 252.225-7035.
