Description

Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for 1800 pounds of welding powder, part number PAC 906 with quarterly delivery to Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi TX. Negotiations to be conducted s olely with Powder Alloy Corporation under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as citied in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. PAC 906 is the approved part number on the Maintenance E ngineering Call (MEC) and no substitutes are allowed. Request for Quote (RFQ) number W912NW-07-T-0054 will be issued on or about 23 March 2007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposal s. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to c onduct a competitive procurement.
