Description

Description: Purchase one each, Vactor 2110-15 Truck pd blower 1000 gallon. Purchase of this equipment is to be used in providing support in maintaining sewer lines on Fort Hood. The NAICS code is 336120. The SIC Code is 7359. The FSC is 2320. Fu nds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Gover nment for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government anticipates is suing a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 05 April 07. The RFQ will be available for download at the Army Single Face to Industry website (https://abop.monmouth.army.mil or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi). No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
