Description

The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 11,000 useable square feet of Office Space and approximately 20,000 useable square feet of Warehouse Space for a total of approximately 30,498 useable square feet/38,580 rentable square feet in SEATTLE, WA within the following delineated area: North boundary: South Hanford Street, South boundary: South Hudson Street, East boundary: 1st Avenue South, West boundary: Duwamish Waterway. All properties within this area will be considered. The space should yield between 30,498 to 33,548 BOMA usable square feet. Parking is required for 17 vehicles, 12 of which must be secured, indoor spaces. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 22, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, Seismic Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
