Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This Request For Proposal (RFP) Number N66001-07-R-0053 is being issued with clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-15. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334511 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This procurement will be awarded under full and open competition. A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure is provided in the attached RFP. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired is provided in the attached RFP. Dates and places of delivery, acceptance, and FOB point are provided in the attached RFP. The following provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offeror-Commercial; FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.214-35 Submission of offers in U.S. Currency; and DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Offerors will be evaluated based on the information stated in the attached RFP. The price to the Government will be evaluated to determine cost realism and reasonableness of proposed price. Offerors shall include with its offer a completed copy of the Provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; All offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov . No rating has been assigned regarding the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Numbered Notes are not applicable.
