Description

The Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to award a contract for refuse services provided to the Rouge River Basin Project, Lost Creek Lake located in Jefferson County. This will be a base plus four option year contract. The contractual/administrative point of contact is Kathryn Newhouse at (503) 808-4620 or email at Kathryn.A.Newhouse@nwp01.usace.army.mil. This procurement shall go out unrestricted due to the refuse services franchise agreement with Jackson County. The small business size standard for this procurement is $11,500,000.
