- Sources Sought Notice This is NOT a formal solicitation; a formal solicitation will be announced separately. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. Work performed under any resultant contract will be in accordance with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and procedures. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested Hub-Zone businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses with experience in refuse removal and recycling services. The NAICS code is 562111 and the size standard is $11.5M. We are requesting all interested and qualified firms to respond to this sources sought notice with the following information: name, address, phone and fax number, e-mail and website, a list of similar contracts your firm currently holds or has completed within the last three years. The list of relevant contracts should include the locations, contract number, description, estimated yearly value, performance dates and your customer point of contact with phone and fax number. Please limit your response to three pages or less.
