The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) as follows: Q1: Can you conduct more than one forum (being that only 25 people are anticipated per forum)? A1: No, this is a four month pilot project and time will not allow for more than one. Q2: Can you conduct a forum in two locations (two different cities)? A2: No Q3: The solicitation made reference to April 30, 2007, is this the date that the first forum must take place? A3: No, the outlined activities must be completed within the four months Q4: Will more than one award be given? A4: No, single award Q5: Should proposed projects be geared toward your local geographical area/region or in proximity of your region of the U.S. (ex.: South, East, Southwest, etc.)? A5: The project must take place in a geographic area accessible to representatives of large African American churches reaching large number of African American attendees/parishioners/members. Q6: Do we wait until chosen to submit statement of work and bidders? information or do we submit the bidders? requirements with our faxed bid? A6: All potential vendors should follow the five sections as cited under the ?Instructions to Bidders? portion of the announcement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. END OF AMENDMENT
