- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for Commercial Items as authorized under the FAR Part 12 and FAR 13.5 Test Program for Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 339112 and the Small Business Standard is 500 (employees). This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement action. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center San Diego requests proposals from qualified, responsible sources capable of providing Coronary Balloons on a consignment basis for the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA in accordance the Statement of Work and Schedule of Products as specified in the solicitation. The solicitation number is N00244-07-R-0055. Period of Performance is Date of award or NLT July 16, 2007 through 12 months Base Period with Two (2)- One (1) Year Option Periods.
