- It is the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis to The Purdy Corporation the repair of one (1) Main Transmission, NSN: 1615-01-527-4251 in support of the Netherlands Foreign Military Sales APACHE AH-64 Program. Authority Cited: 10 U. S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. No Depot Maintenance Work Requirement is available for this NSN. The drawings, test stand and software re quired to facilitate upgrade and overhaul is proprietary to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and is not available or obtainable for purposes of this requirement. This repair is sole source to Purdy Corporation, and shall be IAW the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals and directives, including but not limited to approved blueprints/drawings, Manufacturing Operations and Tooling (MOT), instructions, approved repair schemes, and any other contractor approved documentation develo ped to provide technical repair procedures. Although this is a sole source award to Purdy Corporation, 586 Hilliard St., Manchester, CT, all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
