Scraper, Probe Rod I/A/W Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., CAGE 78286, DWG: S6122-87729 REV "F", P/N S6122-87729-001 with Kent Associates Inc., CAGE 8R034 as an approved source. FOB at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Higher Level quality system required. Total delivery: 310 days ARO (Contractor First Article 90 days ARO, Test and Evaluation 60 days after receipt of FAT, Production of all Units including Production Lot Sample 90 days after approval of FAT, Lot Test and Evaluation 60 days after receipt of Lot Sample, Shipment of Lot Sample back to Contractor 10 days) to stock location.
