Description
THIS SOLICITATION NOTICE UPDATES PREVIOUSLY RUN NOTICE OF 3/1/2007,11/27/06,11/22/06. THIS NOTICE MODIFIES THE DELINEATED AREA. The General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 13,166 rentable square feet and related space, which shall yield a minimum of 11,449 ANSI/BOMA office square feet. The building offered must be of sound and substantial construction and recognized as an existing Class A building. Space must be located on one floor and be in a quality building in a commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings with a modern design. The Government requires a fully serviced lease, air-conditioned office and must meet all ADA Accessibility Requirements for a ten (10) year term, five (5) years firm. In addition two (2) 24/ 7 on site, parking spaces will be required. The space must be altered to meet the Government's requirements and Occupancy is desired by September 1, 2007. The building must be located within the following delineated area: The City Limits of Bakersfield, California. Space that contains friable asbestos or P.C.B. material will not be considered. Additionally, the building must conform to Life Safety Performance Level of ICSSC RP 6. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. Rentable and usable square feet offered, including floor plate size and floor plan. 3. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage. 4. Common Area Factor (load factor) for available space by floor. 5. Flood map Documentation 6. Digital Photo of Site/Building and location map showing major streets.
