Description: Roof Replacement for the Amarillo VA Health Care System includes, replacing the PVC membrane roofing on buildings #1 & #4 with EPDM ballasted roofing and replacing existing built-up roofs on buildings #28 & #33 and building #11 with EPDM ballasted roofing. An alternate bid item: replacement of the EPDM roofing on building #29 with a new EPDM ballasted roof. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for 8a / Hubzone businesses. Contractors must be both 8(a) and Hubzone businesses. Soliciatation will be available on or about March 23, 2007. Bids will be open on or about April 23, 2007. Requests for copies of the solicitation MUST be in writing. Site Visit will be on April 3, 2007 @ 1:00pm CST. SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
