Request for Information The following Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for soliciting comments on the draft statement of work. The draft statement of work can be obtained from the IRS web site http://www.irs.gov/opportunities/procurement/article/0,,id=125378,00.html The draft SOW is for training and operations and maintenance support for the existing Information Technologies Infrastructure (ITI) middleware components and for the transition and support of new Infrastructure Shared Services (ISS) components from Modernization to Enterprise Operations. The RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Internal Revenue Service. The Internal Revenue Service is not accepting offers at this time nor will the information provide be evaluated or considered as an offer. This RFI does not commit the Internal Revenue Service to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Internal Revenue Service will not pay for any cost incurred by a contractor in response to this RFI.
