Description

PORTER COUNTY, INDIANA The work of this contract consists of structurally stabilizing the foundation of the historic two-story Bailly brick house. Work includes but is not limited to: submission of a certified engineering design to extend the foundation to a minimum of 4 1/2 feet below the exterior grade and installation of a foundation drain around the entire building. The new foundation shall be constructred of reinforced case-in-place concrete. Additional work may include "re-plumbing" the two story Bailly brick house which is an estimated 11 inches out of plumb. Magnitude of Project: 25,000.00 to $50,000.00.
