Description: The Government intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to IPS MeteoStar, Inc, 101 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112-5133, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Award will be for a basic one year period, with two one-year option periods. This requirement is for LEADS-Light software, Training and help desk support. The SIC is 7372. No solicitation package will be issued. The government will consider responses received by close of business, March 16, 2007. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
